Howdy. Sorry it's been forever since I wrote anything but it's been an insane week. In no particular order: Got the whole old place packed up (mostly). Moved over to the new fabulous place (with help from a bunch of amazing and much appreciated friends). Got sick as a dog, which really didn't help w/ moving. Made many trips to the 24 hour Home Despot in Red Hook. Stood around marvelling at how fucking amazing our new place is going to be once its all set up. Fretted about how exactly that was going to happen. Had a photo shoot for Bling Kong (at which I got pantsed. Whoo hoo 7th grade!). Ended up barbacking a massive ass birthday party at Sparky's that left my back pretty much about ready to snap in half, but actually kind of enjoyed. Drank a lot of Nyquil and cheap beer (not simultaneously). Was told by Eric repeatedly, "Man, you STILL look like shit." Realized how happy I am to be out of our old place.

So yeah, finally back at work. Not much of a labor day weekend to speak of (except for all the laboring going on...). And now the weather's turned fantastically cold and dreary, as if just to remind me that I somehow managed to miss the whole month of August. But things are lookin' pretty good so who am I to complain...
